To create a media presence for the organization a media kit and press was created and used to connect to local and national media outlets to promote the organization and the Alumni Powerhouse Networking Conference 2018 .

Alumni Powerhouse Networking Conference 2018

In conjunction with the efforts of the Partnership team, a sponsorship kit was created to fund the Alumni Powerhouse Networking Conference 2018. Additionally a Partner Dinner and packet was created to receive support and funding from local organizations.

Media Kit

The media kit details the goals, programs, and initiatives of the organization and was used to garner the attention of two national media outlets and three local media outlets, that highlighted the organization as well as the Alumni Powerhouse Networking Conference 2018.

Sponsorship Kit

The sponsorship kit was presented on the FCN website and sent directly to previous partners, to fund the Alumni Powerhouse Networking Conference Sponsorship levels, instructions on payment, organization bios, and previous press were included within the kit.

The Partner Package was the centerpiece of the first Partner Dinner where hand selected organizations in public relations, child welfare, and a law firm came together to discuss funding and supporting the efforts of FCN. The package contained information on the FCN Team, programs, initiatives, documentary A Part of the Family, funding needs & benefits, and donation processes.

The Result

Support was received to fund both the Alumni Powerhouse Networking Conference 2018 and the Global Ambassadors Program Fellowship. Additionally, attendees were inspired to host their own Partner Dinners to fund efforts for 2019.
