I Am Whole needed to introduce itself as a viable resource for wellness for those aged 18-30 who were struggling to afford resources to assist them in being a functional adult.
In 2018, the initial posts were explaining the programs, advertising for program needs, and providing wellness tips/inspiration. This captured a local audience and other wellness programs interested in what the organization provides for the Baltimore area.
As the audiences grew in 2019, the launch of Hope and Help Talks on Facebook Watch created an additional audience stream. The weekly talk show features the CEO Ashley White and different guests providing tips and having discussions on subjects surrounding wellness, mental health, spirituality, and critical adult situations.

The idea was to create a one stop shop where someone could be inspired, get great tips, and get to know the programs that I Am Whole was building. The pages were filled with short videos and posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
