Women In Transition

Women in Transition is a non-profit based in Baltimore, Maryland that provides programs for transitioning female foster youth. Women in Transition, Inc. (WIT) was founded to assist teenage girls in foster care to develop and execute a plan to transition from foster care by age 21. This initiative grew out of the concern that many youth exit foster care unprepared to live successfully on their own. We at WIT believe that no child in foster care should be left behind.
